An application has been submitted for a Drive-Trough Restaurant on the Kirkstall Retail Park.
Residents have expressed concerns about the additional traffic that may me generated to an already congested area which often becomes gridlocked both on the public highway and within the retail park itself.
The site, which is adjacent to the Morrisons service station, was granted planning permission for retail units in 2015 sometime after which the area was cordoned off.
